Originally from Fort Scott, KS, Bailey graduated from University of Kansas in 2010, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. She then went on to receive her Masters Business Administration in Management and Leadership in 2018. Bailey recognizes the need for professional development in order to stay on top of new trends and technology. She is best known for her negotiating skills and for providing the highest level of service possible.

Bailey’s attention to detail and her knowledge of the Kansas/Missouri real estate market have made her invaluable to her clients. Bailey lives in Fort Scott, KS with her husband, Nate, and 4 children. Bailey takes pride in being an active participant in the community and currently sits on the Fort Scott Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and coaching her son’s sports teams. She enjoys interior design, contemporary art, movies, sports, and spending time with her family.
